This medicinal product is a traditional herbal medicinal product that is only registered for the stated areas of application because it has been used for many years.
Dosage:
To relieve the symptoms of coughs and colds
Adults and young people aged 12 and over:
3 - 4 drops 2 - 3 times a day.
Type of application:
For inhalation. Add 3-4 drops to hot water and inhale with eyes closed.
The 25ml pack contains a pocket inhaler to facilitate controlled inhalation.
Additional inhalers are available in a pack of 3 for family therapy.
Duration of use: max. 7 days
For the relief of tension headaches
Adults and young people aged 12 and over:
2 - 3 drops up to 3 times a day.
Type of application:
For application on the skin.
Apply to temples and forehead and massage in gently.
For the relief of local muscle pain
Adults and young people aged 12 and over:
2 - 3 drops up to 3 times a day.
Type of application:
For application on the skin.
Apply to the affected areas and massage in gently.
Duration of use: max. 4 weeks
If you do not feel better or at all during or after the maximum duration of use
feel worse, contact your doctor.

Pregnancy and breast feeding period:
In the absence of sufficient data, the use of this drug is not recommended during pregnancy and breast-feeding. Side effects, warnings and precautions: China-Oel must not be brought into contact with the eyes. Wash your hands carefully after each use, otherwise eye irritation could occur. Do not apply China-Oel to open or irritated skin.
Hypersensitivity to inhalation can lead to asthma-like reactions such as respiratory paralysis, broncho- and laryngoconstriction. The drug should not be used in children under 2 years of age, as menthol can cause reflex apnea and laryngospasm.
Hypersensitivity reactions such as rash, contact dermatitis and eye irritation have been reported when used on the skin. Irritations of the skin and the mucous membrane of the nose are possible after local application.
If you have used large amounts of China oil, inhaling large doses of menthol may cause dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness, nausea or double vision. In this case, stop inhaling immediately.
There are no known cases of overdose when used on the skin. Wipe off excess China Oil with a cloth.
Driving and using machines: No specific studies have been performed.
