Within 24 hours you will receive your personal offer from us on the channel on which you made your request.
Now you have the option to adjust your request again or to confirm the offer.

After your approval, we will initiate the ordering process and have your order delivered to us.
The goods will be delivered to you within our opening hours as soon as your ship has docked in the port of Hamburg.
Please note: Payment takes place upon delivery. You can pay for your order in cash (EUR/USD) or by card.
