KINKELDER ECLIPSE FERNOX 275MM DIAMETER TOOTHLESS

The HSS Eclipse metal circular saw blade is a very economical tool with an excellent wear protection layer. The coating has a very low coefficient of friction, galling on the tooth flanks is largely avoided.

When sawing tubes and profiles on manual and semi-automatic sawing machines, Eclipse enables a higher cutting speed than a steam-tempered saw blade. It can even be used to saw thin-walled tubes on fully automatic sawing machines. Eclipse is also excellent for sawing stainless steel tubes and profiles.

Applications:
Structural steel, stainless steel and unalloyed tool steel with a tensile strength of up to 600 N/mm² in tube, profile and solid material.
