Installation and maintenance of railings, stairs, gates and doors, containers or metal systems can be carried out professionally. The E-hand or MMA device welds materials such as steel, iron, cast iron, nickel, copper or aluminum from a thickness of 1.5 mm.

For practical work use, the electrode welding machine is equipped with modern features to quickly produce clean and safe welds with little effort. The welding current can be continuously adjusted up to 120 A using the controller, while the corresponding parameters are shown on the large LED display.

At a full 120 A, a duty cycle of 60 percent is achieved. By regulating the power down to 93 A, the duty cycle can be increased to such an extent that welding can be carried out without interruption. No protective gas is required, so this MMA welding device can be used with precision even under adverse conditions, such as strong high-altitude winds.

The hot-start function of the electrode welding machine automatically and briefly increases the welding current when the welding process starts. This "hot start" immediately heats the weld seam optimally at the starting point so that the electrode does not stick and stable and clean welding results are guaranteed from the very first moment.

The long-term functional reliability of the MMA welding device is ensured by air cooling and overheating protection, shown on the LED display. The device is equipped with a carrying strap for easy transport.

An IGBT is an insulated gate bipolar transistor. The abbreviation IGBT stands for Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor. Such a semiconductor device is increasingly used in power electronics, since it combines the advantages of two types of transistors: ease of control of field effect transistors and high breakdown voltage and fast switching of bipolar transistors. A certain robustness against short circuits is also advantageous, since the IGBT limits the passage of current. IGBTs are a further development of MOS-FET technology.

On the back of each welder is a screw with an earth mark. Before using the device, it must be grounded using a cable with a cross-section of at least 6 mm².
